1. Services

1.2. The services provided may include but are not limited to exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing.
1.3. The customer agrees to provide a suitable location for the detailing service, such as a driveway or parking space, with adequate access to water and electricity.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Customers can book detailing services through our website, by phone, or via email.
2.2. Payment is due at the time of booking, either through our website's secure payment portal or in cash upon arrival of our detailing team.
2.3. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services requested beyond the standard package or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the location, vehicle type, and service requirements at the time of booking.
3.2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time and that any necessary keys or access codes are provided to our detailing team.
3.3. The customer acknowledges that certain conditions, such as excessive dirt, stains, or damage to the vehicle, may require additional time and incur extra charges for the detailing service.
4. Liability
4.1. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle and property during the detailing process, TorontoCarDetailing cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs as a result of factors beyond our control.
4.2. The customer is responsible for removing any valuable or fragile items from the vehicle prior to the detailing service. TorontoCarDetailing will not be liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
5. Warranty
5.1. We strive to provide high-quality detailing services, and customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
5.2. We offer a limited warranty on our detailing services, covering defects in workmanship and materials for a period of [insert duration]. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or maintenance of the vehicle.
